Responsibilities: – Perform eyelash extension services to clients, ensuring high-quality results – Consult with clients to determine their desired lash look and provide recommendations – Upsell additional services and retail products to clients – Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction – Maintain a clean and organized work area – Assist with front desk duties as needed Skills: – Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs – Proficient in eyelash extension techniques and application – Ability to upsell and promote additional services and retail products – Experience in retail sales is a plus – Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive experience for clients Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Salary: $20.00-$40.00 per hour
