We’re looking for a dependable, experienced Foreman to help lead our mowing crew and keep operations running efficiently day-to-day.
Position Overview
This is a leadership role, not just a labor position. You will be responsible for running a mowing route, managing a crew member, and ensuring every property meets our quality standards.
You’ll be trusted to operate independently, make decisions in the field, and represent the company professionally.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a 1–2 person mowing crew
- Operate commercial mowers (stand-on, walk-behind)
- Perform mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing to a high standard
- Drive company trucks and safely tow trailers daily
- Follow route schedules and complete jobs efficiently
- Communicate with owner on progress, issues, and improvements
- Maintain equipment (basic maintenance, cleaning, inspections)
- Ensure properties are left clean, sharp, and professional
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (REQUIRED)
- Experience operating commercial lawn equipment
- Comfortable driving trucks and towing trailers
- Prior crew leader or foreman experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and reliability (show up every day, on time)
- Ability to work long days in heat and fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail — takes pride in clean, straight lines and finished work
