Duties
-Supervise while working with landscaping crew to complete projects on time, within scope, and with accuracy. (Get the job done right.)
-Be able to follow directions and finish assigned daily tasks, manage and work with the crew while providing guidance to complete the job.
- -Be able to use your thinking cap and adapt quickly to anything that comes your way.
- Stay on time & on task to guarantee work meets company standards and client expectations.
- -Operate and work with a variety of landscape related tools.
- -Identify basic plants, trees, sod species , and have familiarity of basic landscape materials and tools.
Experience
- -Have strong leadership skills, we need someone who is confident and not afraid to speak up to finish the job.
- -Knowledge of the landscape industry. ( Install work or finishing a maintenance route)
- -Hands-on experience with working outdoors and being able to perform manual labor.
- -Strong communication skills with your fellow employees to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- -Knowledge of safety regulations related to landscaping equipment and outdoor work environments.
- -Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a day while maintaining attention to detail to the job.
- -Oversee the use of hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment such as mini skid steers, stand on mowers for landscape installation, and maintenance tasks
- -Perform lawn care activities including mowing, edging, fertilizing, aeration, and weed control to maintain pristine turf conditions
- -Conduct smaller tree care operations such as trimming, pruning, planting, and health assessments to promote healthy growth and safety
- -Maintain detailed records of work performed, follow a schedule, equipment maintenance, and project progress to ensure accountability and continuous improvement
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $1,000.00 – $1,200.00 per week
