CW Designs is looking for a Landscape Foreman who is ready to step up, take ownership,
and lead projects the right way.

Patios & hardscapes
Retaining walls
Landscape renovations
Irrigation systems
Outdoor lighting
Drainage solutions
Plantings & finishing work
You’ll be trusted to run projects efficiently and professionally, keep crews productive and
motivated, solve problems on-site without drama, communicate clearly with clients and
management, maintain high standards for safety and quality, and create an organized,
positive jobsite culture.

What We’re Looking For
Strong landscape construction experience
Confidence leading crews and keeping projects moving
Solutions-focused mindset under pressure
Strong attention to quality and details
Professional communication with clients and teammates
Consistent reliability and leadership by example
Desire to grow into larger leadership opportunities
Experience & Qualifications
3+ years of landscape construction experience preferred
Experience leading crews or mentoring others
Strong hardscape knowledge is a major asset
Ability to read plans and execute efficiently
Valid driver’s license
Physically capable of outdoor construction work
Reliable transportation
Strong work ethic and professional attitude
Compensation & Benefits
$25-$35/hour depending on experience and leadership ability
