Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Landscape Construction Supervisor to lead our landscaping projects from start to finish. In this role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and quality of landscape construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to our high standards. This position offers a fantastic opportunity for someone with supervising experience who is passionate about landscaping, horticulture, and outdoor environments.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate landscape construction crews to ensure timely completion of projects
- Oversee all phases of landscape installation including grading, planting, irrigation, hardscaping, and tree care
- Ensure safety protocols are followed on-site at all times
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and subcontractors to meet project specifications
- Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise during construction
- Maintain quality control by inspecting work throughout each phase of the project
- Manage equipment usage and maintenance to optimize productivity
Requirements
- Proven supervising experience in landscape construction or related fields
- Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques including lawn care, gardening, horticulture, irrigation systems, and tree care
- Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices and construction processes
- Ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining high safety standards
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with clients and team members
- Physical ability to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
