Job Summary

As a Landscape Foreman at Twenty Creek Landscaping, you will oversee landscaping projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality execution, client satisfaction, and team efficiency. You’ll lead a crew of landscapers, manage project timelines, and maintain our reputation for excellence. This role requires hands-on landscaping expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to creating beautiful outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and supervise landscaping projects, including hardscaping and softscaping.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate a crew of 2-4 landscapers, ensuring safety, productivity, and adherence to company standards.
  • Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction with project outcomes.
  • Quality Control: Ensure projects are completed at a high standard as per project specifications, addressing any issues promptly.
  • Equipment & Materials: Manage the use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials, ensuring efficient and safe operations.
  • Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and ensure all crew members follow company safety guidelines.
  • Documentation: Track project progress, complete daily reports, and report to the Management.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of landscaping experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or foreman role.
  • Skills: Proficiency in landscaping techniques, including planting, grading, paver installation and retaining walls. Pool knowledge is an asset.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Certifications: Valid driver’s license required.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work outdoors in various weather conditions, and perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Tech Savvy: Basic proficiency with smartphones or tablets for project tracking and communication.
