Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM (Weekends Off)
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Laborer Assistant to support our bath installation and remodeling team with bath and shower installation projects. This position is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in the remodeling industry while learning valuable hands-on skills from experienced professionals.

Responsibilities
- Assist with bath and shower installation projects
- Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment
- Perform demolition and job site preparation
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Follow company safety procedures and installation standards
- Support lead installers with daily tasks and project completion
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
- Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored
Qualifications
- Previous construction or remodeling experience preferred
- Ability to safely use basic hand and power tools (or willingness to learn)
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and perform physical labor throughout the workday
- Reliable transportation to our main office
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
Compensation & Benefits
- $16.00–$18.00 per hour, based on experience
- Monday-Friday schedule, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
