Responsibilities
Key Task Description
1
Must be able to independently operate all label machines, glue or pressure sensitive operation of the equipment entails the following:
1. Always maintain specified label tolerances for the product quality. Complete any necessary documentation such as Label Accountability Sheet.
2. Achieve standard production outputs.
3. Troubleshoot & repair all minor mechanical difficulties during the course or production.
4. Be able to change or add labels to the labelling equipment while the equipment is running. No shutting down
5. Is able to clean pinch rollers every shift or as required

Maintain a clean and safe production line or work area at all times.
Comply with 5S in your designated area
Comply with and enforce plant Safety Standards, Good Manufacturing Practices, Standard Operating Procedures, and all other plant policies.

Has the ability to changeover the equipment from one product to another.
This includes.
changing of parts (feed screws/wipers/etc)
setting-up the parts, so they are functional, not just putting them on.
Making gross adjustment (mechanical/electronic) for the set-up
Perform proper lock-out/tag-out procedures
4 Help with all jobs on the packaging line when required.
Occupational Requirements
Qualifications / Certifications:
1) Able to visually concentrate for extended periods of time.
2) Able to stand, lift and carry consistently for eight hours.
3) Must be able to read, write and speak English.
4) Must work in accordance with all Health and Safety and GMP regulations.
5) Must have some mechanical ability
Working Conditions:
1) Possibility of working with unpleasant odours.
2) Working in various temperature changes.
3) Rotating and/or straight afternoon or midnight shifts.
4) Possibility of working under conditions of high noise levels.
5) Constant interaction with a variety of chemicals and chemical products.
6) Regular work with moving machinery increases potential hazards.
