We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team and oversee all aspects of kitchen operations. Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth and efficient food preparation and service
  • Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste
  • Oversee food safety practices, ensuring compliance with health regulations and proper food handling procedures
  • Train, develop, and motivate kitchen staff to deliver high-quality culinary experiences
  • Coordinate with front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction
  • Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking
  • Handle shift management responsibilities including scheduling, cash handling, and resolving operational issues

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management within quick service or fast food restaurants
  • Strong background in restaurant management with supervisory experience in hospitality settings
  • Familiarity with POS systems like Toast POS
  • Knowledge of inventory control, food safety standards, and food industry best practices
  • Knowledge of Margin Edge or similar
  • Excellent leadership skills with a track record of staff training and development
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Previous experience in fine dining or casual dining environments is a plus; banquet or catering experience is advantageous

Pay: $61,019.40 – $80,000.00 per year
