Kennel Technician & Yard Maintenance (Part-Time) Jobs in Larkspur, CO at Gunbil German Shepherds
Monument / Larkspur, CO (Pay: $18–$22 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and work ethic.).
Gunbil German Shepherds is looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our team caring for our world-class German Shepherds while helping maintain our beautiful ranch and kennel facility.

Job Responsibilities & Kennel Duties
- Cleaning indoor and outdoor kennel areas
- Feeding and watering dogs
- Refreshing water buckets
- Bathing and grooming dogs as needed
- Assisting with puppies
- Monitoring the health and well-being of the dogs
- Keeping kennel areas clean, sanitized, and organized
Yard & Property Maintenance
- Lawn mowing
- Weed removal and weed control
- Trimming around fences, kennels, and buildings
- General property cleanup
- Picking up branches, leaves, and debris
- Keeping the grounds clean and presentable
- Minor repairs and maintenance as needed
- Assisting with seasonal outdoor projects
Qualifications
- Must love dogs and be comfortable working around large German Shepherds
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to lift 50 pounds or more
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Prior experience with kennels, farms, ranches, landscaping, or property maintenance is a plus, but not required
Schedule
- Part-time
- Approximately 15–25 hours per week
- Flexible scheduling available
- Some weekends may be required
