Duties:
– Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and providing information about services offered
– Schedule appointments and manage service requests
– Perform vehicle inspections and provide accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance
– Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work orders
– Explain recommended repairs and maintenance to customers in a clear and concise manner
– Coordinate with parts department to ensure availability of required parts for repairs
– Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, services performed, and payments received
Qualifications:
– Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role preferred
– Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures, including air brake, tire service, shocks struts, suspension, oil change, transmission, brake repair, auto body repair, and diesel engine repair
– Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively explain technical information to customers
– Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
– Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage appointments and work orders
– Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and maintain confidentiality of financial information

Pay: $38,000.00 – $58,643.00 per year
