DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in the building, installing, configurating, and maintaining the reliable operation of computer systems (Windows Server) .
Monitor system logs of security systems, in trusion detection, antivirus and SIEM tools.
Review regular vulnerability management and penetration tests
Upholding and enforcing company policies
Support the implementation and maintenance of ITSM (JIRA)
Perform routine review of backups to ensure data integrity
Participate in Disaster Recovery drills and testing
Documentation of policies and procedures
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Associate or bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, System Administration, or a closely related field, or equivalent experience required
Solid knowledge of computer systems, network, and IT infrastructure
Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
2+ years of experience with Windows Server OS
Basic knowledge of virtualization (VMware, Hyper – V)
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and responsibilities
Additional Assets
Linux server administrator
Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure
Experience with tools such as Crowd Strike, Wazuh or OpenVAS
