Your New Role
In this role, you will be supporting a key client’s industrial portfolio in the Greater Vancouver area. You will collaborate with your internal team and stakeholders to align on priorities, manage workflows, and ensure outcomes are delivered on time and to expectation. Responsibilities will include:
- Provide oversight of on-site staff and manage tenant relationships, including lease interpretation, regulatory compliance, coordination with leasing activities, and tenant move-ins and move-outs
- Oversee the day-to-day management of assigned properties, ensuring building systems, preventative maintenance programs, and overall property condition meet established standards
- Develop and deliver operating and capital budgets, reconciliations, and variance reports in collaboration with the accounting team to ensure financial accuracy
- Manage rent billing and collections, and oversee approved building and tenant improvement projects to ensure they are completed as planned, within budget, and with required approvals
What you’ll need to succeed
- 2+ years working in commercial / retail / industrial Property Management.
- BCFSA Rental Management license.
- Must have valid driver's license and vehicle and be able to provide a clean driver's abstract.
- Yardi Experience is an asset.
