Who We Are
CBON Group is a fast-growing beauty supply distributor serving salon, spa, and beauty professionals across North America. We provide premium professional products, education, and business-building support to help beauty professionals grow.
We’re looking for a creative, organized, and AI-driven AI Marketing & Social Media Specialist to help scale our content, campaigns, influencer partnerships, and digital presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney, Canva AI, and other platforms to create captions, hooks, scripts, visuals, campaign ideas, email concepts, and marketing assets.
- Research, test, and recommend new AI tools that improve marketing, content creation, automation, customer engagement, and team efficiency.
- Support the Marketing Director in using AI for product launches, webinar campaigns, digital strategy, and sales initiatives.
- Create AI prompts, image concepts, video ideas, scripts, and campaign angles for social media and ads.
- Plan, create, and publish content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
- Create short-form videos, Reels, TikToks, graphics, captions, and content calendars.
- Research and manage influencer, educator, ambassador, and creator collaborations.
- Track content performance, analyze results, and suggest ways to improve engagement, leads, and sales.
- Stay ahead of AI, social media, and beauty marketing trends.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong interest in AI, automation, marketing technology, and social media.
- Experience using tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney, Claude, Notion AI, or similar platforms.
- Experience creating social media content, especially short-form video.
- Strong writing skills for hooks, captions, scripts, and campaign ideas.
- Basic Canva/design and video editing skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, creative, and comfortable learning quickly.
- Passion for beauty, salons, spas, aesthetics, or wellness is an asset.
