Junior IT Cost Analyst
This position will support the Technology Business Operations team with IT invoice analysis and reporting.
Responsibilities:
IT invoice coding and analysis (e.g. telecommunication and cloud costs)
Timesheet data analysis (e.g. unsubmitted and pending approval), and adherence to
local policies)
Coordinate software and hardware maintenance renewals
Submitting Accounts Payable and Procurement tickets to expedite approvals
Qualifications:
Attention to detail, critical thinking, auditing and investigative skills
Willingness to learn
Able to work under pressure, prioritize and manage workload to meet deadlines
Familiarity with Google Workspace, and spreadsheets
BasicFrench and/or Spanish
Experience in a similar role (e.g. administrative support, purchasing, Accounts
Payable)
Education
Relevant CEGEP degree plus equivalent work experience
University degree (finance, accounting, economics, business administration or equivalent)
