RESPONSIBLITIES:
– System Configuration and Implementation: Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather and document business requirements for HCM processes. Configure and customize the HR system to align with the organization's HR processes and policies. Participate in the implementation of new HCM modules and functionalities.
– Data Management and Integrity: Assist accurate and timely data entry into the HR system. Assist in identifying and rectifying data discrepancies.
– System Maintenance and Support: Assist with regular system updates, patches, and upgrades to keep the HR system platform current. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and user inquiries, escalating complex problems as necessary.
– Process Optimization: Assist in assessing HR processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and automation. Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline and optimize business processes within the HR system.
– Customer Service: Providing customer service to HR partners, business unit leads, and/or employees as required. Respond to queries and liaise with other departments to clarify, resolve, increase understanding, and provide information when necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS:
– A bachelor’s degree is preferred. Zero to three years of experience in systems integration or implementing enterprise-class HRMS products is required. An ideal candidate could be a recent Computer Science graduate or in the final year of completing the degree program.
