- Apply academic knowledge by using skills learned in classroom in a practical professional setting to collaborate with clients and other IT team members.
- Support team member and work along with team members to assist with diagnosing issues for desktop, operating systems, servers, monthly system maintenance, supported applications, and project tasks as required.
- Update, standardize, and create support documentation including diagrams.
- Participate in team and project meetings, taking minutes and performing follow up as required.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
- Basic proficiency in Windows Operating Systems, SQL relational Database (Oracle, MS SQL Server or related), Windows Server and software programming skills.
- Success in this position requires strong organizational, communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills along with demonstrated attention to details.
- Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment.
Pre-Employment Requirements
- Must be currently enrolled in school on a full-time basis with the intent to return to school full-time in the Fall of 2026.
- An enhanced security clearance will be conducted.
- If invited to an interview, you will be asked to provide an unofficial transcript or an enrollment verification letter (indicating the program and year you are currently completing).
