Irrigation Specialist Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $20.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 05:00am to 01:30pm)

• Flexible schedule with occasional overtime and weekends based on operational needs
• Install, inspect, repair, and adjust irrigation systems to maintain healthy landscapes
• Monitor watering schedules and respond quickly to irrigation-related requests
• Follow safety procedures, supervisor guidance, and support team members as needed
• Maintain equipment, secure irrigation areas, and suggest improvements for efficiency

Irrigation Specialist Qualifications:

• To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and /or ability required.

• Knowledge of current irrigation technology and equipment.
• Knowledge of well operations and well facilities/equipment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to lift up to fifty (50) pounds in the course of daily duties.
• Knowledge and understanding of watering requirements of various plant material.
• Ability to accurately estimate time and materials required for the performance of all tasks assigned.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
