Looking for a full-time, year-round opportunity with a growing local company? Waterworks Irrigation & Landscaping is looking for a motivated and reliable Site Manager to join our team.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and taking pride in physical, skilled work. As a Site Manager, you’ll work alongside your crew to complete installations, operate equipment, dig, solve problems in the field, and ensure every job is completed safely and to a high standard.
No irrigation experience? No problem, we provide hands-on training and support for the right person. We’re looking for someone with a strong work ethic, good communication skills, and the desire to grow into a leadership role.
Your day-to-day will include working on residential irrigation, lighting, and water feature projects, organizing job sites, supporting and guiding team members, communicating with the office and customers, and helping ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish. This role offers a great mix of hands-on field work, problem-solving, and team leadership.

The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, and self-motivated, with the ability to work hard outdoors in a physically demanding environment. You enjoy being part of a team, can take initiative, and are comfortable leading by example. A valid B.C. driver’s license is required. Experience in irrigation, landscaping, construction, or leading a crew is an asset, but we are willing to train the right person.
