Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Seal Coat Applicator to join our team. This role involves applying asphalt seal coat to driveways and parking lots as well as striping. The ideal candidate will have experience with a professional seal coating company and knowledge of how to operate seal coat rig and striping equipment. This position requires a candidate to work independently and run the seal coat crew. Pay for this position depends on knowledge and experience.
Duties
- Prepare surfaces for sealing by cleaning, edging and filling cracks
- Operate seal coat unit with both spray and brush applications
- Use hand tools and power tools to assist with surface preparation and finishing tasks
- Perform routine maintenance on spray equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance
Skills
- Experience with asphalt seal coat application and striping of parking lots
- Have a valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Experience managing a seal coat crew
Pay: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour
