We offer industry leading commission and bonus plans, health spending accounts and online & classroom factory training. This is a commission-based role, during the training period you will be provided a base salary allowing you to focus on customer experience / product knowledge. The earning potential for this position will range from $50,000-$80,000 in your first year & earning potential to exceed $200,000 in future years.
