Responsibilities for insulation installer
- Use common industry tools such as knives, saws, and staple hammers
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures
- Compliance of company, state and federal guidelines particularly as it relates to OSHA and DOT for the safety of all personnel
- Perform pre-trip inspections of equipment, paperwork and loaded product to ensure accuracy and of order
- 2 years minimum of experience installing blown-in insulation and batt/rolled insulation
- Insulation and Air Sealing of Walls & Attics
- Insulating Crawlspaces
- Comply to state and federal guidelines particularly as it relates to OSHA and DOT for the safety of all personnel
- Safely install insulation at the job site
- Experience with fiberglass and Rockwool installation
Qualifications for insulation installer
- Proficient English, bilingual Spanish is a plus
- Read blueprints and specifications if needed to determine job requirements
- Must have Clean DMV Print
- Must submit to drug and background screening
- Must have a valid commercial driver’s license
- Must have the ability to lift & carry at least 50 lbs.
- Good work ethic and good attitude
