• Tools: Jira, Confluence, ITIL frameworks.
• Soft Skills: Strategic thinker, strong communicator, collaborative leader.
Preferred Certifications:
AWS/Azure Architect, DevOps Engineer, CISSP/CISM, ITIL v4, VMware VCP, Terraform, CKA.
