Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Ice Cream shop. The Store Manager will be responsible for leading a team, driving sales, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the store operates efficiently.
Responsibilities:
– Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
– Recruit, train, and develop staff members to enhance their skills and performance
– Implement effective sales strategies to maximize store revenue
– Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock replenishment
– Oversee cashiering activities and ensure cash handling procedures are followed
– Maintain a clean and organized store environment
– Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
– Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members
– Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement operational policies and procedures
Qualifications:
– Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager
– Strong sales management skills with a proven track record of achieving targets
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with customers and staff members
– Proficient in administrative tasks such as scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling
– Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
– Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building strong customer relationships
– Previous experience working in hospitality setting is an asset
