We’re hiring an experienced HVAC Technician to handle residential and light commercial service + installs in Anne Arundel County. If you take pride in clean work, solid diagnostics, and treating customers right — we want to talk.

What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems (residential + light commercial)
- Perform seasonal maintenance and inspections
- Install/replace HVAC systems (as needed)
- Communicate clearly with homeowners/customers
- Write simple repair estimates
What We’re Looking For
- HVAC service experience (install experience a plus)
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- EPA certification preferred
- Valid driver’s license + clean driving record
- Must have your own tools
