Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

Coordinate the recruitment process for various positions within the organization, including drafting job descriptions, posting job openings, and conducting interviews.

Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation sessions and paperwork completion.

Employee/Industrial Relations:

Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and assistance as needed.

Address employee relations issues promptly and effectively, ensuring fair and consistent resolution.

Performance Management:

Support performance management initiatives, including performance reviews, goal setting, and development planning.

Provide guidance to managers on performance-related matters and assist in the implementation of performance improvement plans.

Training and Development:

Identify training needs within the organization and coordinate training programs to address those needs.

Assist in the development and delivery of training sessions on topics such as safety, compliance, and professional development.

HR Reporting and Recordkeeping:

Maintain accurate and

up-to-date

employee records, including personnel files and HR databases.

Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in human resources, preferably in the construction industry.
