Housekeeper Responsibilities:
Strip all linens and make beds in guest rooms
Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
Disinfect all surfaces.
Dust and polish all furniture and fixtures
Remove all garbage/recycling from all cottages
Assist with laundry
Clean up spills with appropriate equipment
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to manager
Assist guests when necessary
Housekeeper Requirements:
Ability to manage your time efficiently
Work well unsupervised
Ability to lift at least 25 pounds, able to reach, kneel, bend, reach, lift and kneel
Handle basic maintenance and cleaning
Interact with encountered guests in a friendly and helpful manner
Be reliable and punctual
Previous cleaning experience an asset but not required
