Summary
Role as a Hotel Maintenance Technician is vital in ensuring our facilities operate smoothly and efficiently. Based in the US, this position supports our mission to provide exceptional guest experiences by maintaining the quality and safety of our hotel properties.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on hotel facilities to ensure safety and functionality.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems, pool chemicals, doing prevatative Maintenance for rooms.
- Use schematics and technical manuals to diagnose issues.
- Operate tools such as ohmmeters and other diagnostic equipment.
- Oversee small maintenance projects and supervise junior staff when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records using CMMS software.
- Assist with residential painting and welding tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of guest satisfaction.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a similar role.
- Strong electrical, mechanical, and plumbing skills.
- Knowledge of schematics and technical manuals.
- Experience with CMMS software is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Supervising or leadership experience is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings.
- Good communication skills in English.
