As a Crew Lead, your responsibilities are as follows:
- Travel to and from jobs (work truck provided)
- Equipment Maintenance and Cleaning
- Application of asphalt materials such as sealers and crack fillers
- Customer service to communicate job scope and arrival times
- Coordinate scheduling and preparations with the Project Manager
- Site condition assessments
- Site preparation and cleaning
Required Experience (no exceptions)
- Driving trucks and equipment trailers
- Painting or Seal Coating: prep work, detail, and clean finished work
- Team leadership or management
- A valid Driver’s License and the ability to obtain a DOT medical card
- Fluent in English with a valid Tax ID
- Extreme attention to detail
- Customer service
- Experience starting, operating, and maintaining service equipment
- Can operate a weed eater, a leaf blower, and small equipment without direction
- Ability to work On-Call if necessary
- Must be on-time. Tardiness is not tolerated.
- Must be able to lead and work well with others and without direct supervision

Pay: $22.00 – $28.00 per hour
