There is no one in the region that can compete with us! We are seeking the best automotive parts manager in the country to lead and grow our parts department. Our sales team is currently ranked #1 in the district, and we are looking for a parts leader who can help us achieve that same level of excellence in fixed operations.

The right candidate will have the ability to build, develop, and inspire a top-tier parts department capable of supporting a rapidly growing service department and used car department.
Key Objectives and Requirements:
- Must have 5 years of experience as a Parts Manager (Honda experience strongly preferred)
- Proven ability to grow a parts department.
- Deep knowledge of parts sourcing, logistics, inventory management, and team leadership
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain less than 2% parts obsolescence
- High integrity, excellent communication skills, and a positive leadership presence
- Strong track record of stability and success – minimum 5 years at previous roles required
- Committed to a 10+ year career in this position and passionate about long-term growth
- Must be skilled at supporting a high-volume sales and service environment

Pay: $100,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
