Key Responsibilities
PT Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations in patient homes.

- Recommend and educate on durable medical equipment and home‑safety modifications.

Qualifications
PT Requirements
- Current Oregon Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain).
- New graduates and experienced clinicians welcome.
- Strong communication, assessment, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a field‑based environment.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
