About the Role:
* As a Hearing Care Professional, you change lives by empowering people to rediscover all the emotions of sounds.
You will
be responsible for delivering a high standard of client care demonstrated by executing the following responsibilities:
* Guide clients through comprehensive hearing tests and interpret test results for the
purpose
of selecting suitable hearing aid solutions
* Counsel clients on the latest hearing aid technology and help them identify a hearing aid solution that best addresses their hearing needs and lifestyle
* Build relationships with clients by providing a caring and personalized experience and continuous client care and support
* Remain current on latest industry technology and trends to provide clients with ongoing hearing health
education
* Foster hearing healthcare awareness through community outreach and external partnerships
* Contribute
clinical expertise
to corporate initiatives and projects; supervise or mentor students and train new staff members, when applicable
* Collaborate with colleagues to create a welcoming, efficient, and high-performing clinic culture that is compliant with company operational and quality standards

Requirements
** Master’s degree in Audiology or a diploma from a recognized Hearing Instrument Specialist program
* Registered and in good standing with applicable regulatory college or provincial governing body
* Current knowledge of hearing aid technology and hearing aid devices
* Students and recent graduates who are completing their licensure requirements are encouraged to apply
