The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building relationships with healthcare professionals. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, working closely with clients and candidates to fill a variety of healthcare positions across Canada. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and passionate about connecting great people with great opportunities.
What You'll Be Doing
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical healthcare positions
• Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates through various recruitment channels
• Build and maintain pipelines of Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, Allied Health Professionals, Administrators, and Healthcare Leaders
• Conduct candidate reference checks, credential verification, and compliance reviews
• Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates
• Prepare candidate summaries and present qualified candidates to hiring managers
• Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS and CRM systems
• Build long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and passive candidates
• Stay current on healthcare labour market trends, licensing requirements, and workforce challenges
• Support business development initiatives by identifying opportunities within client organizations
What We're Looking For
• 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably within healthcare staffing or healthcare recruitment
• Experience recruiting healthcare professionals such as RNs, RPNs, PSWs, Nurse Practitioners, Allied Health Professionals, or healthcare leadership roles
• Strong sourcing skills utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networking
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies
• Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is considered an asset
