Role Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end 3D Slicer projects from raw imaging data to final processed outputs.
- Perform DICOM import, image segmentation, structure delineation, and 3D reconstruction.
- Execute image registration, quantitative analysis, and troubleshooting within the platform.
- Document workflows, technical processes, and clinical reasoning in clear written and verbal formats.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across radiology, neuroscience, and biomedical domains.
- Contribute domain expertise to support AI model training and evaluation.
- Identify and resolve technical challenges to ensure smooth project delivery.
Requirements
- Strong experience using 3D Slicer for end-to-end medical imaging workflows.
- Strong background in medical imaging, radiology, neuroscience, or related fields.
- Deep understanding of DICOM workflows, segmentation, registration, and 3D visualization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain technical and clinical decisions.
- Hands-on experience with 3D Slicer modules, extensions, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to independently manage complex projects with high accuracy.
- Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
