We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our growing team as a Hardwood Flooring UV Finishing Specialist. This hands-on position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, takes pride in producing high-quality work, and has a strong mechanical aptitude.
As part of our production team, you will be responsible for setting up, monitoring, and maintaining our UV finishing line while ensuring every finished product meets our strict quality standards. We are looking for someone who is dependable, eager to learn, and committed to continuous improvement.

Essential Responsibilities & Duties:
- Responsible for daily set up and breakdown of the UV finishing line
- Ensure all finished products are within accepted range of color samples provided
- Once set up, monitoring the production on the UV line, ensuring all coatings stay within acceptable application amounts

- General knowledge in a mechanical background.
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
