Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hardscape Foreman with 5 years of management experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for ensuring that all projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. This role involves supervising staff (crews of up to 6 people), managing daily operations, and providing hands-on support in various hardscaping/pool installation tasks. English speaking is required. Spanish and English speaking is highly encouraged.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the hardscape crew to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Oversee hardscape projects (patios, outdoor kitchens, retaining walls, etc)
- Provide leadership and training to team members on proper hardscaping techniques and safety protocols.
- Ensure that all tools and equipment are maintained in good working condition.
- Be able to take inventory of tools and equipment.
- Collaborate with clients
- Monitor project progress and report any issues or delays to management.
Skills
- Proven experience in hardscape installation (5 years) and management (5 years).
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all tasks performed.
- Spanish and English speaking is highly encouraged.
