Don Brown Chevy is looking for a Bilingual BDC Agent to join our growing internet sales team. You’ll be the first voice a customer hears and the person who sets the tone for their entire experience with us.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Respond to internet leads via phone, text, and email
- Build genuine connections with customers to understand their real needs
- Set and confirm appointments for the sales team
- Brief salespeople with customer context so every visit starts strong
- Keep leads alive and re-engage customers who have gone quiet
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Bilingual — English and Spanish required (this is non-negotiable)
- Strong listener who asks great questions
- Patient, people-first approach to communication
- Comfortable with CRM tools, texting, and basic technology
- No automotive experience required — we will train the right person
COMPENSATION: $18.00-$20.00 / Hour + Monthly Bonus Incentives
SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday: 8:00 am – 5:00pm (Occasional Saturday Shift)
