Handyman/Laborer – Experience Required Jobs in Charlevoix, MI at Dhaseleer Enterprises LLC
Do-it-all/cottage care business looking to hire an experienced, motivated, dependable adult for a labor management position and /or general labor position.
Applicants must have experience in the following areas:
- Basic electrical and plumbing
- Interior trim installation
- Exterior siding installation
- Window/door replacement
- Painting
- Framing
- Cabinet installation
- Flooring
- Drywall repair
- Occasional landscaping or mowing
*** Applicants must also be comfortable working from a ladder up to 32 feet. ***
Individual must be willing and physically able to work in all weather types. Responsibilities may include managing a small crew of 2-3 and working a variety of jobs from start to completion, quickly and effectively.
This is a Monday-Friday job. No weekends. Overtime available.
Applicants must meet requirements below:
Have recent work history performing one or more of the listed skills.
Prior management experience preferred.

Employer is a licensed residential builder.
Most jobs are located in the Charlevoix area. Base of operations is between Petoskey and Charelvoix.
