Responsibilities
- Operate heavy equipment.
- Assist in the construction and paving of roads, parking lots, and other infrastructure projects.
- Maintain equipment by performing routine inspections and basic maintenance.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met efficiently.
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment on the construction site.
- Support the building process by preparing sites, loading materials, and assisting skilled tradespeople as needed.
Requirements
- Familiarity with construction site practices and safety regulations.
- Ability to operate a front loader truck effectively.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials as required.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a willingness to learn from experienced colleagues.
- CDL license
