Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team. As a Handy Man, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the functionality and safety of our facilities. This is a paid position with immediate availability.
Duties:
– Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting and carpentry
– Conduct routine inspections to identify any issues or potential hazards
– Repair or replace damaged equipment, fixtures, or furniture
– Install or assemble new equipment or furniture as needed
– Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
– Maintain inventory of tools and supplies needed for repairs
– Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects
– Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations at all times
Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Handy Man or similar role
– Solid knowledge of general maintenance tasks and repair techniques
– Proficient in using various tools and equipment
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
– Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
– Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
– Good communication and interpersonal skills
