Hand Tube Bending / Finish Bender Associate

Job Responsibilities
· Includes manual hand bending and flaring, when necessary
· Works with speed and accuracy in a busy production operation.
· Read and follow instructions on a job sheet.
· Visual inspection of bends compared to a sample.
· Maintaining a clean & safe work environment.
Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications
· Good math skills are essential.
· A working knowledge of cars and trucks is helpful.
· Must be good with your hands.
· Be able to read a tape measure.
Be able to identify tubing sizes and materials.
· Knowledge of basic tool use.
Physical Demands
· May be required to stand for long periods of time.
· May involve some repetitive motions.
· May also engage in frequent bending, squatting, pushing and pulling of parts.
· May involve lifting up to 60 lbs.
· May involve climbing a 10 ft rolling ladder to reach raw tubing materials.
Education
· High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
