Previvo is looking for a commercially minded and hands-on Growth, Marketing & Partnerships Manager to help drive patient acquisition, brand visibility, local partnerships, and marketing execution as the business continues to grow.

This is a high-impact role for someone who can think strategically and execute directly. We are looking for someone who is comfortable building awareness, supporting campaigns, developing local relationships, improving lead flow, and helping create more structure around how growth happens.

This is not a passive management role. It requires someone who is willing to be actively involved in day-to-day execution while also thinking carefully about performance, efficiency, and business results.

The Role:

The Growth, Marketing & Partnerships Manager will help strengthen the commercial side of the business across marketing execution, lead generation, strategic outreach, local partnerships, and growth initiatives.

This role is suited to someone who understands that growth comes from more than promotion alone. It requires strong execution, consistent visibility, local relationship-building, thoughtful follow-up, and a clear understanding of how marketing activity translates into real business performance.

You will work closely with leadership, operations, finance, and administration to improve visibility, increase demand, support conversion, and build stronger commercial momentum for the clinic.

What you’ll be responsible for:

Commercial Growth & Marketing Performance

  • Oversee marketing spend across campaigns, channels, and growth initiatives with a clear focus on business impact
  • Help build a stronger and more efficient client acquisition approach across digital, referral, and local channels
  • Continuously improve:
  • Cost per acquisition
  • Conversion performance
  • Client lifetime value
  • Marketing contribution to revenue
  • Review performance across channels and help guide better decisions on where time and budget should be focused

Hands-On Marketing Execution

  • Coordinate and support day-to-day marketing activity across social media, promotions, campaigns, email, and digital initiatives
  • Help plan and execute campaigns tied to clinic priorities, service launches, and growth opportunities
  • Work with internal team members and outside creatives to keep projects moving
  • Support content planning, messaging, and consistency across channels
  • Help manage user-generated content, creator collaborations, and testimonial content opportunities
  • Turn ideas into real execution and visible output

Partnerships & Local Market Development

  • Build and maintain strong local relationships that can lead to referrals, collaborations, and new business opportunities
  • Identify and pursue partnerships with gyms, wellness brands, corporate groups, local businesses, and aligned professionals
  • Support outreach, relationship management, and follow-up
  • Help grow Previvo’s visibility and reputation within the Winnipeg market

Client Journey, Follow-Up & Retention

  • Help strengthen the full client journey:
  • Lead → enquiry→ assessment→ program enrollment → retention
  • Support systems for follow-up, re-engagement, email communication, SMS outreach, and ongoing client communication
  • Contribute to improving:
  • Conversion
  • Engagement
  • Retention
  • Long-term client value
  • Work with operations and administration to improve the path from initial enquiry through programme participation

Business Development & Conversion Support

  • Help improve how new leads are handled, followed up, and converted into consultations or programmes
  • Support better organisation around lead tracking, pipeline visibility, and next-step follow-up
  • Help create stronger alignment between marketing activity and actual clinic growth
  • Contribute ideas and initiatives that support revenue growth and better commercial performance.

Measurement & Accountability

  • Monitor performance across marketing efforts, partnerships, lead flow, and growth initiatives
  • Keep visibility on campaign activity, outreach efforts, spend, and opportunities in progress
  • Provide practical feedback and recommendations to leadership
  • Help build a more structured, metrics-driven approach to growth

What We’re Looking For

Ideal Background

  • Experience in marketing, growth, partnerships, business development, or another commercially focused role
  • Strong ability to execute and move work forward, not just contribute ideas
  • Experience in healthcare, wellness, fitness, aesthetics, hospitality, premium services, or lifestyle brands is an asset
  • Comfortable supporting campaigns, content coordination, outreach, and performance tracking
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in building relationships
  • Able to handle multiple priorities and follow through reliably
