Heritage Properties is seeking a friendly, courteous and reliable Groundskeeper to join our team at The Retreat
What you will do:
As the Groundskeeper, you will play an important role by ensuring the grounds, buildings, common areas, and amenities are kept clean and in order for our current and future residents.
- Keep the grounds free of trash and debris at all times
- Clean stairwells, landings and walkways, pool areas, mail areas, and gutters and drains
- Pressure washing buildings and walkways
- Check lights and change bulbs
- Remove items from vacant apartments
- Assist Maintenance Team with getting apartments ready for leasing
