The Declaration Wine & Spirits Inc. portfolio includes global leading wine, spirits and RTD (Ready to Drink) brands such as: La Marca, High Noon, Barefoot, Apothic, White Haven, Carnivor, New Amsterdam, Pink Whitney, Rum Chata, Louis Martini, Orin Swift, and Rombauer just to name a few.
We are looking for aGrocery Merchandiserto join our team inToronto. In this role, you will be responsible for in-store execution of accounts and programs at grocery stores within the cities ofGreater Toronto Area, helping deliver Declaration Wine & Spirits annual sales targets.
What You Will Do:
Build displays, arrange shelves, and ensure correct pricing to maximize promotions
Stock, face, and maintain company merchandise at accounts
Take opportunities to creatively and effectively showcase company brands at account locations
Assist the Sales Manager in special tasting and promotional events as required
Communicate current selling activities including Limited time offers (LTOs), new products, display opportunities to all customers
What You’ll Bring
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Related
Legal Drinking Age in the Province of Ontario
Access to a vehicle you can use for work + valid drivers’ license
Strong work ethic
Ability to manage your time and prioritize
Excellent communication skills
Comfortable lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling weights of up to 40 lbs., standing for long periods of time, sitting for long periods of time, maneuvering in and out of a personal vehicle, and navigating stairs
Desire to build a career in sales and marketing
