GM Team Associate (General Merchandise) — Job Description
Summary: Stocks and zones GM departments, maintains pricing/signing, and provides customer service to keep shelves full and aisles shoppable.
Key Duties:
- Stock freight, replenish outs, downstock/topstock
- Zone/face, set features, maintain modular standards
- Verify pricing/labels/signing; support price changes
- Assist customers and resolve basic issues
- Follow safety practices; keep area clean; report hazards/shrink concerns
Qualifications:
- Customer-focused; able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to stand/walk for long periods and lift/move merchandise (commonly up to ~50 lbs)
- Flexible schedule ( weekends/holidays as needed)
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
