StretchLab is currently seeking individuals with strong communication, sales, customer service, and organization skills to join our team as a Sales / General Manager to oversee sales and operations for our StretchLab Oakley location in the Cincinnati area.
POSITION:
This position will report directly to the Owner and have primary responsibility for managing existing clients and driving new membership sales for the studio. This position will interact with our trained Flexologists and oversee all operations aspects of the studio. Fitness knowledge or background is preferred but not required.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills in person and via phone, texts, and email
- Goal-oriented and takes personal initiative to achieve goals
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with other Managers & Flexologists
- Highly organized, ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet deadlines, strong attention to detail
- Team player that works well with co-workers, clients and the general public
- Is a problem-solver and takes initiative to get things done efficiently
- Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgement
- Professional, punctual, reliable and neat
- Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information
- Proficiency with computers and Studio software
- Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday
DUTIES
- Drive the overall sales process of lead generation, follow-up, first visits, and membership sales
- Work collaboratively with other Managers on grass roots marketing and networking events
- Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio
- Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions
- Supervise Sales Associates
- Manage client bookings and schedule changes
- Collect outstanding dues when necessary
- Ensure that studio retail/products are stocked with accurate inventory counts
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fitness studio including managing needed supplies
- Ensure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio literature is stocked and visible
- Enforce StretchLab policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned

Pay: $40,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
