Pure Barre Savage is a boutique fitness studio offering low-impact, high-result barre classes for women of all fitness levels in Savage, MN. We are a growing, community-driven studio focused on helping women feel stronger, more confident, and more like themselves. We are looking for a passionate, driven General Manager to help us grow and lead our team.

About the Role

The General Manager is the heartbeat of Pure Barre Savage. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the studio, leading the team, driving membership growth, and creating an exceptional experience for every member who walks through our doors. This role is perfect for someone who loves fitness, people, and building something great.

Responsibilities

Operations:

  • Oversee daily studio operations including opening and closing procedures
  • Ensure the studio is clean, organized, and guest-ready at all times
  • Manage class schedules, instructor coverage, and studio supplies
  • Handle member inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and care

Sales & Membership Growth:

  • Drive new membership sales through outreach, follow-up, and community engagement
  • Manage and convert leads from Meta ads, Google ads, and walk-ins
  • Follow up with prospects via phone, text, and email within the same day
  • Hit monthly membership and revenue goals set by the owner
  • Execute new client offers, promotions, and seasonal campaigns

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, motivate, and support a team of instructors and front desk staff
  • Assist with onboarding and training new team members
  • Communicate studio goals, updates, and priorities clearly and consistently
  • Foster a positive, energetic team culture that reflects the Pure Barre brand

Marketing & Community:

  • Manage and post to Pure Barre Savage social media channels
  • Support local marketing efforts including events, pop-ups, and partnerships
  • Represent Pure Barre Savage at community events and networking opportunities

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, fitness, retail, or customer-facing management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills — you love talking to people
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented — you thrive on hitting numbers
  • Organized and detail-oriented — you can juggle multiple priorities with ease
  • Passion for health, wellness, and the Pure Barre mission
  • Experience with social media and basic digital marketing is a plus
  • Pure Barre or barre experience preferred but not required
