Position Overview
We are seeking a talented and client-focused Sales & Design Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of experience in furniture or interior design sales, a strong aesthetic sensibility, and the technical skills to translate client visions into compelling design presentations.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist walk-in clients, providing a refined and knowledgeable showroom experience
- Manage email inquiries and follow up with clients in a timely and professional manner
- Offer expert product knowledge and thoughtful design guidance tailored to each client’s project
- Prepare detailed design drawings, space plans, and custom layouts using AutoCAD
- Collaborate closely with clients to develop tailored design solutions that align with their vision and budget
- Maintain impeccable showroom presentation and support day-to-day sales operations
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in furniture sales, interior design, or a related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD required; experience with additional design software a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for design and a keen eye for detail
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
