Position: General Laborer / Installer (Rubber Surfacing & Epoxy Flooring)
Location: North Bay and surrounding areas
Employment Type: Part-Time with potential of Full-Time/ Seasonal

What You’ll Do:
- Assist in the installation of rubber surfacing systems for driveways, walkways, and pool decks
- Prepare surfaces (cleaning, grinding, repairing cracks) prior to application
- Mix and apply rubber coatings and epoxy floor systems
- Work with tools and equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Support the team in completing projects on time and to a high standard
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment (lifting, bending, long hours on your feet)
- Willingness to learn new skills—no experience required, training provided
- Experience in construction, flooring, or coatings is an asset but not necessary
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Valid driver’s license is an asset
