Join our team of compassionate and dedicated healthcare professionals at Vestal Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, a sub-acute rehab and skilled nursing facility in Vestal, New York.

Available Shifts:

• 6am – 6pm

• 6pm – 6am

• 2pm – 10pm

Job Summary:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, individualized care to our residents. With a focus on excellence in care and well-being, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients. Responsibilities:

• Document resident’s clinical details, including vitals and temperature

• Administer medications and injections to residents as needed

• Provide treatments and wound dressings as needed

• Assist residents with their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)

• Monitor residents’ food and liquid intake and output

• Provide support and leadership to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)

Requirements:

• Current NY State LPN License

• Excellent work ethic

• Leads by example

• Caring and compassionate personality
